Thank you for shopping with Battlefield Brushwork. Because our work includes custom commission painting and made-to-order 3D printed miniatures, please review the policy below before placing an order.
Commission Painting Services
Commission painting projects are custom work prepared specifically for each client.
Deposits are non-refundable once paid. After a commission project has started, the order cannot be canceled, returned, or refunded.
A commission project is considered started once Battlefield Brushwork has begun planning, prepping, assembling, priming, painting, ordering materials for, or otherwise working on the project.
If there is an issue with a completed commission, please contact us so we can review the concern and determine whether a reasonable correction is possible.
3D Printed Miniatures and Physical Products
Returns are accepted for eligible 3D printed miniatures and physical products within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be returned in its original condition. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. Refunds are issued only after the returned item has been received and inspected by Battlefield Brushwork.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.
We do not accept returns sent after 14 days from delivery.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact Battlefield Brushwork as soon as possible with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will review the situation and determine whether a replacement, correction, or refund is appropriate.
How to Start a Return
To request a return, contact Battlefield Brushwork at:

Please include your order number, the item you wish to return, and the reason for the return. Returns must be approved before being shipped back.
Refund Timing
Approved refunds will be processed after the returned item has been received and inspected. Please allow 5–10 business days after approval for the refund to be processed. Additional time may be required by your bank or payment provider.
